    I love all pasta.
Tonight, I'm making lasagne. Half with meat for my husband, half with veggies for my daughter & I. Yum.

pasta fresca or fatta in casa, are the finest pasta for lasagna. I like the no-boil noodles. You can soak the no-boil sheets in hot tap water for ten to fifteen minutes, then drain on absorbent paper. You can use a variety of other things in place of noodles for lasagna such as crepes, tortillas, egg roll wrappers, phyllo, and polenta. Spinach and beet flavors are subtle.

All by itself, I would prefer spaghetti. Al dente of course. :)

Also, spaghetti can go with so many combinations.

But, perhaps my favorite would be (my) homemade baked ziti (in a meat sauce with cheese) :p

I LOVE pasta, rice and bread. I agree with a couple other comments on here, it depends on what sauce I am using different sauces stick to different pasta better :)

All and any pasta is the way to go. Experimentation when cooking with pasta to find out new combinations and flavours is also good!

Depends what I'm making. My go to is linguine though. It's a versatile pasta and can be used in any recipe that calls for spaghetti or fettuccini
