My birthday was last monday and my mum asked me what kind I wanted! (She hasnt asked in years) -- So i asked for what i like!!!!!!!

I had 4 pieces all together.... I dont like any other kinds,YUK!!

Carrot cake - cant get enough of it. Though there needs to be some sort of vanilla flavoured cream on top of it.

I have not always been keen on cakes for years I only liked birthday cake. I still won't touch shop bought muffins or plain fairy cakes....

My dad always makes me a lemon cake with lime cream cheese frosting for my birthday. That's my favourite!

Mine is red velvet cake with chocolate frosting on top.
Basically my mom don't bake since she don't like it and me also...as mother as daughter! So we ordered a custom made cake from Love and Quiches. As I have Type I diabetes we had to order custom made only. Well it was delicious.

 

Red velvet is good but I have not had it much. My grandma makes a lime cake with a whip cream frosting. The cake has jello powder mixed in, it is good!

hmmmmm....It changes.....I am not so much into cake these days.....but I like a heartier cake with substance and not just fluff.....lately, it all all just creams, frostings and whipped stuff and not much cake that is hearty or wholesome. i guess one needs to learn how to make their own anymore.

I have been discussing brithday cakes much of this week, as it is Stan's birthday next week. he wants a good coconut one like he had when he was little...that was his favorite cake ever, but they do not make that anymore, and i have no idea what he is talking about, to try to order one like it.....so he may just go with Pepperidge Farm coconut , as it is as good as any out there nowadays....

My favorite cake ever was also from when I was little about 3-4...a frozen kind from that section that was strawberry frosting...hearty cake, but of course, they don't make that anymore, either, and i don't really bake....

I guess I do like a good ice cream cake, too.
