The cover art is The Triumph of Death by Bruegel the Elder in 1562.

(CD is prob the best on this one for sound quality)

I'm always disappointed by best hits CDs.
I always make better ones myself.

Yeah, a self compiled one naturally.

When I was a young noob I bought greatest hit albums and stuff like the 4 cd greatest hit box of Black Sabbath for instance. Well, that was just in the time I wasn't into downloading music yet so it seemed to have some purpose at the time but it really hasn't. It's better to buy the studio albums and if you want all the good songs in a row you either rip them and play it in a mp3 player or compile your own best of.

love the red and blue Beatles compilations,20 Golden Greats (1978) by the Kinks and Hot Rocks for the Rolling Stones.

there´s no need to listen to all the crap these bands have put out in their early years.:2thumbsup:

I never had fun with a Rolling Stones 'greatest hits'.. I guess it is the best example while it is more useful for me to compile my own best of

I hear you... wouldn´t mind never hearing Satisfaction again.

and usualy I don´t like music that has been played to death on the radio but I like most pre-Beggars Banquet Stones singles far better than the album tracks, they really weren´t that good on the first 8 albums.
