    Humans and all Mammals as well come from dinosaurs

    Synapsids, pre-mammals split off around 300 million years ago, off shoots of dinosaurs

    Its all kind of a mish mash between what Steven Speilberg gave us, what your science teacher didnt understand, and what just gets thrown around in everyday culture.

    The birds are the only living descendants of dinosaurs was never really a thing, just something that got too much attention

    Lots of gaps in the chain, but theyve known about early mammals for a century

    The ancestor of the hominids 100 million years ago probably looked like a giant pig, 200 million years before that looked like giant lizards(dinosaurs), or more accurately a million types of giant lizards, then 100s of thousands of types of giant pigs, ultimately leading to 1000s of different monkeys, then you

    Most amusing? Definitely a homosexual dinosaur.
    Ofcourse called "Megasaurass".

    Wouldn't wanna meet him in a dark jungle tho..

    I never heard that before.....dinosaurs, then pigs, then monkeys and then humans.....interesting....
    I did not hear about the birds until fairly recently and thought it was neat...Now, when I play with my little parakeets....I say...:"Hey, you little tiny dinosaur....I am glad you are not 20 feet big and ready to eat me....":)

    It's the cross between a whale and an alligator. And it had a 3rd eye on top of its head to spot prey on the water's surface!
