Oats, with berries or raisins, usually or toast sometimes with jam. I don't do breakfast like I should tho. Not into eating till my third coffee and shower and all that shit. Sometimes I get a slow start in the am because I am not a morning person, more a night owl.

I call this the bratwurst fry up.

Basically I get all kinds of sausage. Kranskys, Bratwürst, Thüringerwürst and dice them up and fry them and bacon of course.
Then I make some toast and butter it up and make scrambled eggs mixed with cheese and it all melts together then pop that in the toast, load it with bacon and sausage and wunderbar!

I go for simple stuff for breakfast! It usually consists of toasts with either peanut butter, hummus or jam, cereals and soy milk or oatmeal, with a fresh fruit, soy milk or yogurt and a tall cup of green tea.

That looks amazing. I''m gonna go with that.

I usually keep it light and simple for breakfast - fruit and cheese, yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, and honey

Chickens have long since gone. Sad to reveal that during out long drought, possums and raccoons came down from the hills and devoured them. These days I like to make a hot cereal (red winter wheat berries or steel cut oats) and serve them with some non-fat yogurt and applesauce.

My breakfast is typically the same. Each morning I cut up an organic banana, mix a serving of protein powder with about a cup of almond milk, pour in half a cup of organic oats, and voila! Breakfast. :)
