Cheerios.

 

3-4 fresh fertile eggs cooked easy with Tillamook cheddar cheese on top with rye toast. Sometimes a couple slices of thick sliced bacon

 

Steel Cut Oats

 

Two strips of bacon, two eggs, sunny side up, one slice whole wheat toast, three cups of coffee.

Just brought my mate a dutch baby with fresh local strawberries. She often feels terrible, like her joints are on fire, so when she feels like eating, she gets breakfast in bed.

 

hamburger and noodles. probably already said that. nothing with sugar or eggs. at least not to start. even coffee comes after bread or meat. and coffee with milk not sugar too.
