Single favorite of all time? Not possible... Even a numerical list of my favorites is in constant flux. Evoking different emotions linked to different moments and memories between phases of my life is part of the magic of movies. Sadly, for a year of my life, my favorite movie was Friday. With the release of the 4 BD set of Battle Royale, that movie's back in my top twenty five. Today, my favorite movie was The Host (2006, Korean). Highly Recommended. The other day I watched S15 Eps 7 & 8 of South Park and was honestly blown away (if you're groaning.. you are either extremely cynical or are assuming that its something grotesque and wouldn't want to see it). Truly a joyride for someone who doesn't watch much TV. So.. favorites... my all time favorite as of now (not the one I feel is the best movie of all time, mind you.. just my favorite).. The Good the Bad the Ugly Honorable mention to Requiem for A Dream, Meshes in the Afternoon, Rules of the Game, The Shining, Inception, Star Wars (original) and Empire Strikes Back, 12 Angry Men, Heathers, Kurasawa's Dreams, the Green Mile, Brazil, 1408, A History of Violence
