I don't have many movies that I would consider comfort movies but I do like to rewatch Amelie and Life is Beautiful and Cool Hand Luke. I also like spaghetti westerns and if I'm nostalgic, Willy Wonka.
ghost in the shell, Akira, Wolf brigade, perfect blue, bastard...there are more, i usually prefer watching animation instead of a movies.
i watch american history x alot, but its not comfort as such. for comfort relaxing movies i watch billy elliot, kes, brassed off and any disney or cartoon
Star Wars (Not the new ones) Charlie Brown cartoons The original Living Dead Trilogy White Christmas Splitting Heirs Blackadder (I have the boxed set)
Baz Luhrmann's Romeo and Juliet as well as Moulin Rouge. Oh, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, 1964.
The Breakfast Club Moontrap (Walter Koenig + Bruce Campbell +bad sci-fi robots = lol) The Dark Crystal Conan the Destroyer
my all-time favorite comfort movie will always be Pretty Woman But I also like anything funny when I'm in need of the comfort
I dont have one either. Not for the same reason though, just because I dont bother with watching them. Waste of time. Depressing too. I prefer music.
And what's all this crap I hear about painting? Blah blah blah, I'm an artist. I mean drink some beer, pussies.
