Game night was pretty funny. Especially the scene where she is patching up the gunshot wound in his arm, and he has the little squeeze toy in his mouth. I peed myself a little bit
Goin South-----"I'm talking ALL day long." "I'll do all I can do, but that's all I can do." ---I've used that myself after I heard it.

Some more oldies with Alex Guinness: This one was remade by Tom Hanks, but the original is better...I think:
I love anything with Jim Carrey in it, particularly Fun with Dick and Jane. Cracks me up when they are starting out robbing places.
I don't really have a favorite comedy. The genre sort of takes a back seat in my book. It's usually not very good. There are funny people; Jim Carrey for example, who do funny things (I think I liked "Ace Ventura"), but for the most part, I'm really turned off by the plot (or lack there of); a whole lot of times actually.
I watched it for the first time the other day. I was fascinated by Seth Green. I didn't know anyone was like that in the nineties (late-nineties, or otherwise). But it took me back. I was in my teens then. That was when I was on drugs (part of the reason I didn't see the movie was because I was too fucked up to make my way to a theater).
I borrowed one from the library after I posted. I think I have "Liar Liar" with Jim Carrey. He's such a genius; old now, but I imagine that movie is still entertaining while perhaps less cutting edge now that it's old.
I finished watching "Liar Liar". It's hilarious and a feel good kind of movie. Maybe not all comedies are bad news...
