Someone I met last night said he'd done a 48 hour gameathon and then couldn't remember the swipe code for his phone to dial a taxi home. I think about 36 hours is the longest I've lasted. I was walking home and the pavement was going up and down. I think some DJ on the radio years ago in the UK did a radiothon for charity and ended up going bonkers for a while live on air. We obviously need our sleep. How long have you lasted? Any consequences?
Not sure if i ever stayed up that long with at least a twenty minute nap somewhere. That being said i often get very little sleep. Sometimes just two hours or less. Perhaps the longest would be during my travels or on the holidays. I don't keep track of these things.
When I had mono I stayed up for about three days straight because I couldn't breathe whenever I started to fall sleep.
About 36 hours. I pulled an all nighter on CQ duty after being up all day so there's 24 hours, then drove from Oklahoma to Kentucky, about 12 hours. I drank a ton of coffee on along the way while trying to stay awake. It was a weird, spaced-out feeling.
There was another thread just like this one (same topic), and someone had the audacity to say they were awake for two weeks once.
Probably the longest? Hmm. Maybe like 36 hours? lol Eric ''two weeks'' Were they a vampire? Even they sleep, sometimes.
Meth can keep you up for 2 weeks? I don't know these things, I don't mess with any of this stuff (weed, coke, crack, meth, etc.)
If you kept using it sure. I had a roommate back in the day that would stay up on meth, coke, adderall whatever he could find for 1-2 weeks then sleep for like 5 days straight. He ended up baker acted, lost his shit.
I only know this because I had the same issues for 12 years, and now I have a CPAP. I got checked out only because my wife said she saw me stop breathing in my sleep.
