    my meat eating husband is being so patient and accommodating during my vegetarian transition, now on day 10.... he made me a bunch of microwavable vegetarian breakfast burritos! I get up before sunrise for work, long before him, so he made sure I'd have breakfast!!

    For Cinco De Mayo, Tofu enchiladas, green sauce, white rice and black beans, sour cream and guacamole, and a margarita at Wahoo's Fish Taco :D

    A friend of mine made this amazing homemade salsa dip a few days ago at a dinner get together a couple days ago. I just had the rest of the salsa that he let me take home with some tortilla chips as a snack.
