My extended family is finally not doing Christmas lunch. For the first time ever, tomorrow after everyone eats lunch on their own, we will meet for deserts. It's a relief because my mother always made it too big a deal.

 

I had a Cuban Christmas complete with black beans and rice, Yucca (casava), ham, and a pork roast....it was freaking delicious!!!

 

Yum, sounds delish. My d-i-l is Puerto Rican and I love eating holiday meals with her family.

Edit: Any meal with her family, lol

then half a tub of twiglets and this was me trying to get to sleep as it's 9am christmas morning now... only got about 10 mins sleep ffs.... gonna end up sleeping all day... whoops!
