Whats the difference between a Slasher movie and a Snuff movie?

In horror I mean I don't mean real Snuff movies where people die!
any thoughts on the difference?

however some people are calling 'hostile' snuff and I do thinkits diffrent to slasher i.e nightmare on elm street just can't put my finger on it
