if you type into google (or your address bar if using Firefox or Chrome, perhaps IE too?)

    -20c to f
    or
    -20f to c

it will tell you the answer, if you don't know the conversions...

oh, and it is not the same once you pass -20...

They converge at -40, anything above or below that and the differences grow.

Like negative 10 or 20 in Montreal. I am going to have to check it out during the summer.

I think -31F when I was in Ottawa, which is WAY too cold for someone who lived all her life in a tropical island.

I think around -40C but that was very rare, however when I was growing up it was very common for the temperature to stay around -25C to -30C or so. Now the winters have gone all pooh though, hardly gets cold anymore.

No, I meant the temperature feels pretty much the same once you're past -20C... I thought that was pretty clear.

What you said was clear, and you were wrong, I thought I made that clear?

But for shits and giggles, I'll say, oh okay, what you meant (but didn't say), is also wrong....

-20C is not that bad of a day to go out and cut wood in, the work keeps you warm.

At -30, you stay chilled while working.

At -40, your face starts to freeze after a few minutes.

At -70c, any exposed skin almost instantly gets frost bite.

    Tool.

    What I said:
    Note the specification of Celsius.

Also note that I said "from -10 to -40C" and "I think that", implying that it was my opinion derived from my experience, and that experience ends at around -40C.

    Thanks for playing.

hmmm, wonder what this C means???

Wonder what the one beside the -70 meant??

As for your thinking, and your experience, perhaps you should work on them a bit...

I was correcting an error in what you said. I wasn't insulting you. It's too bad you can't differentiate the two.

But there was no error in what I said. And you came off as being highly condescending. You still do.

I advise you to reread my posts and yours. You will see that I am, indeed, right, and you are behaving like a tool.
