What's the Best Movie to Watch While Tripping?

Dunno about being off my face on acid, but when I was younger I used to dutch up big time and watch the movie "Highlander". I mean all the shit that would run through my head when I was watching it was wild.

Michelangelo Antonioni's Blowup -- not only is the film trippy, but there's a classic scene featuring the Yardbirds with both Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck playing a version of "Train Kept A Rollin'" but with strangely different lyrics.

Fellini's Satyricon -- made during a period in Fellini's life when he was admittedly experimenting with LSD.

Woody Allen's Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex * But Were Afraid to Ask -- will have you laughing.

DC would be fucking sweet!

Besides that, I would throw in Reefer Madness for a laugh. If you have the oppertunity, I bet dropping acid and seeing a movie in IMAX would be considerably whack, if it's a good one.
Fear and Loathing or Pulp Fiction are always good movies for anything, too.

 

I don't think the Wall is a good movie to watch while you're on a mind trip.

 

I know some people might find this film hard to find but - Bad Boy Bubby - Aussie film about a 30-year-old man who has been kept isolated from the outside world by his warped mother. The mother uses him as a sex slave and tells him that he will die if he ever goes outside due to "toxic gas" in the air. When Bubby's father returns to the home his tiny little world is turned upside down. With no social skills, Bubby is left to fend for himself on the outside.

 

It's a staple. You can convert Christians with that movie.

 

Naked Lunch. It was amazing to uncover the conspiracy of alien beings and typewriters.

My three favs while on shrooms is Fantasia, Fantasia 2, and Heavy Metal.

 

I have this on dvd and it has been titled a synch in Pink. I even think it was shown on AMC at one time. I actually think it is ridiculous, as it is really stretching things to say that it matches up.
