The Kinks "Arthur (Or the Decline and Fall of the British Empire)" It's an amazing album, I think Ray Davies is very underrated as a songwriter, especially here in the states. Probably because the Kinks weren't allowed to tour here, but that is no excuse for so much of the world ignoring his genius.
