i've gotta go on a diet again...oh geezuz...i'm gonna miss food.

 

Restrictive dieting causes the metabolism to slow and ultimately proves counterproductive in terms of weight loss.

 

yeah yeah yeah...whatever. actually i just like food too much and eat too much. in order to lose weight, i have to stop eating too much. i'm not anorexic, believe me.

 

I had a whole response typed out but didn't like how it sounded (too preachy and self-serving) so instead how about I just be supportive and wish you the best of luck in your quest and refrain from offering unsolicited advice!

Right now I'm just trying to think of something to search for on YouTube. I'm bored out of my mind...and I spend way too much time on YouTube. I need a real hobby or something.

People are assholes. Couple of guys asked me to take them home from work. Told me they stay together. Get half way there and one of them tells me I'm about to pass the exit. Come to find out they only stay together during the week so they can catch a ride with the same guy. On weekends they take the bus together until the routes split. Fuckers.

I've been thinking about ramen really hard. Funny thing is, I'm not even hungry...just a bit bored.

*Improving relationship with partner.
*The possibility of starting Summer session for a math class tomorrow.

I was playing with a slinky outside earlier when a squirrel came up to me looking all cute and innocent..so I offered to let it play with the slinky for a bit......obviously in the hopes that it would take it up a tree and bungee jump out of it...instead it bit my finger..stole my slinky..AND the acorns I was collecting for winter........what an asshole...never trust a squirrel...they are pure evil...

Last night my love let me pass out on the couch after an awesome day spent in the pursuit of the sun... he fed the kids washed them up, put them to bed .. then undressed me and put me in my favorite nighty...I feel wonderful today... well rested... much loved and looking forward to another day spent with the man of my dreams




just what I was thinking about....

 

I'm debating whether I wanna go lazy or go to a bike trail within the hour.
