we all have near enough the same crap in our bags/purses wow cool, im going to the beach so i might come back with sand lol, does anyone change what they have in there?

 

my wallet, chap stick, pads, pencil, pen, cigarettes, sugar packets (i don't know where those came from), reciepts, wrappers, gum, sunglasses, loose change

 

wallet, phone, tons of papers, makeup, pens, notebook, subway tickets, sunglasses, matches and some other stuff. i love carrying big hangbags, can through my life in them.

 

More guys should carry them. Then their girlfriends wouldn't get stuck luggung their stuff around. It just makes sense.

Now if my boyfriend starts carrying a really femmy looking purse, personally, that would bug me.

Well, when I'm out and about, normally I have my kids with me, and for that, I carry a big diaper bag. It doesn't look like one though. It looks like a backpack. Anyway, I keep a purse inside of it.

In my purse I have a purple hair brush, a little cosmetic bag, and my license, credit card, and insurance cards. A pen, a small hand-sized notebook, my keys, and that's it really.

The diaper bag is another story. Diapers, wipes, diaper cream, spoons, various snacks, sippy cups, straws, napkins, changes of clothing for the kids in case of need, a bar of soap and washcloth, band-aids, first aid ointment, tweezers, nail clippers, a thermometer, a small bottle of Children's Motrin in case of emergency, a bottle of water, ummm...I pretty much pack everything but the kitchen sink as my hubby would say.

 

Yesterday I was at Madison's Pride Festival & Picnic. There was a male to female transgendered there who was with a biological woman. The biological woman carried a purse & a water bottle over her shoulder. The T-girl had a camera case with camera hooked in her shorts. In this couple's case even though they both were now female they still had that dynamic taking place. Guess old habits are hard to break.

 

You have every right to carry a purse & in fact I think that it's laughable that anyone would think that a guy shouldn't carry one. Just the relief of the back issues from sitting on a wallet in your back pocket is justification enough let alone the fact, like Levi said, you can then carry your stuff much more easily.
