How are you holding up?

 

Gettin' by man. Sittin' through three bible studies a day & a couple church services a week seems a small price to pay for a roof over my head & 3 hot meals a day. These folks are good people. Least as long as I act the way they want.

 

I hear you buddy. I just mean mentally... It's a really tough situation. I give you a lot of credit for your strength of character. I'm not surprised by it at all... Just saying.

 

I haven't been alright mentally since the deaths of my sons man. This is just a drop in the bucket comparatively. Appreciate the thoughts though

 

Today my goal is to keep busy if possible. Weekends are the hardest times for my diet. I have a plan to walk & practice piano to keep my mind off eating. That only takes up about 40 minutes though. Between that and going to the gym twice (once in about 20 minutes here, then again around 3 or 4 PM PST) I think I should be able to pull it off. I have a homework assignment too, but I usually save that for Monday or Tuesday morning (it's not due until Tuesday).
