I am speechless, I am without speech. I didn't have a good car in the early running, i was getting beat by 3-5 seconds in the first 15 laps, then my car came in but you know it would take me 50 laps to get back to them, so I undercut the leader with 70 laps to go, i was actually faster than him but i didn't want to pass him for the lead because i knew he would then pit and leave me hanging then get his advantage on fresh rubber and blow by me, so i made a late decision to hit pits, came out 2 second ahead of him after he pitted thanks to the undercut, he drove right to me but i took away his line, he had no grip, whacked the wall, knocked his toe out and i was clear sailing. won by 11 seconds man fuck yes! that was a big stage race!

 

Was that on playstation 2 ?

That's great Irminsul. Doesn't mean an awful lot to me but I see you are happy. Closest I ever got to that kind of thing was Need For Speed on the PC back in 1999.

 

what makes this different is its a full distance race we usually only do 200 miles, so this was double and it was an open setup meaning you had race teams building setups for the drivers. I came on with a baseline setup, barely adjusted it and over the long run i was so much quicker, i knew there'd be lots of wrecks taking cars out, i knew once the cars had all dropped out there'd be less yellows on so we only got one caution flag in the final 200 laps, the last 150 went green, i needed it to. Long run car paid off, didn't need speed for 5 laps, I had consistent speed for 85.

I do not really like my new paint scheme, it's like a burgundy orange.. look at the car though, covered in rubber but not a scratch on her. thx to Auto Kings for the sponsor. he also doesnt let me run the big bold yellow 24 on the paint either

I see "The Romanoffs" has just landed on Amazon Prime Video. I haven't been watching much recently but I might take some time out to watch that. I read a book about them once and I'm fascinated.

 

Coming home from boxing last night, I open the door, Ally and Avery were cowering.

It appeared somebody tipped over Misty's entire vase of Stargazer lillies (10) and ate them. Lucky for me the Stargazer is on the nontoxic list for pooches. Not for kitkats though.

I'm always chatty, talkative, upbeat, and animated when I come home to see them.

The girls knew I was very upset by my silence.
