Good late mornin' folks. Day off today. Gonna make some goat stew. Any suggestions on what to add?

No beef to add Besides the goat gave his life for us to eat only right that we honor his sacrifice by makin' sure to eat it all

Goat Stew Recipe

I've only tried goat meat once, at a company picnic, and didn't really care for it. My boss at that time, Foad, is Iranian and apparently he made it the way they do over yonder. Just not my thing, I'd rather have a hot dog made of horse peckers and what-not.

 

Garlic, onions, potatoes, stewed tomatoes, corn.
Side of white rice.

Thinking of going to a local “cat cafe” where literally cats are walking everywhere and the entire cafe is set up with climbing areas and stuff for the cats. You get a cup of coffee and hang out with the kittehs =^_^=

The idea is that these cats are for adoption too so I think it’s a cool idea if you fall in love with one of them while there, you can adopt one. I think I’ll fall in love with them all, though

^I've been to a cat cafe here in Zagreb.

The cats were completely uninterested in hanging out with humans.
And you're not to bother them, they have to come to you first.

But it's a cool idea, especially the adopting part.

 

It is, but you don't necessarily need the curry powder. Some folks don't like it.

 

Yea it’s a really great concept, and just something different to do.

Appreciate all the suggestions folks. I don't have access to any kind of stock so I'll have to hope it'll be good without that. Grabbed what we had on hand in staff food pile. Garlic, cabbage, red taters, green peppers or bell don't know for sure. Gonna add basil, oregano, & maybe a touch of chili powder for some spice. Leave some of the meat on the bone to get that extra flavor.
