    Happy to hear things are going well for you. And me too, I’ve been slacking in the haiku thread. Now we must get ready for Monday although not as bad since I work from home now. I sometimes miss my office friends but not all that bs drama and gossip.

    I mentioned that I was painting a portrait commission from a photograph. Well I finished it and they liked it, so they've asked me to do one of their children. Anyway, I can't fix cars but this is my grind.

    awake before 7am and eating leftover shepherd's pie. already been out in my kilt to hang up the netflix movies for the mailman and wave at the neighbors. he hates me, she acts like she fancies me (which is probably why he hates me)

    I think it's lower impact than a treadmill, meaning easier on the knees and joints, but it's harder than an elliptical - at least I think it is. Also, at my gym they are rarely taken, such that I can use one and not have to wait. But that is true of the treadmills and elliptical machines as well. I take pride in the work I do on it. Yeah.... definitely harder than the elliptical.
