What's Happening???

changed a brake line and a wheel cylinder in the last half hour

then painted the inside wheel wells black...cars always look nicer when everything underneath is black

sprayed some rust check into spots....ill be taking it in for professional spray but i know theyre lazy so i got some of the spots i know they will miss

will be nice tomorrow when those parts come in ill be able to put it back together and move it...right now its on stands waiting for major things

 

Look at the cute lil ice box the man brings. why, you could fit 4 beers in that. you can make fun of me all you want, im nearing the 3rd day and not even halfway down my ice box yet. if you were here to see what other people have, you'd quickly change your stance and realise we are still doing it quite tough. Everyone else has motor home or caravans or camping trailers.

I was going to point out that I think Irm is camping right now.... looks like she beat me to it.

 

i used to be of the throw a sleeping bag on the ground and pray a bear doesnt eat me in my sleep variety of camper. I didnt like tents because they separated me from the stars
But now I require certain creature comforts
Like a cabin
I'm going primitive camping next weekend and im not excited about the sleeping aspect of it
Sleeping on the ground sucks and is on my Murtaugh list

 

I've never been camping.

 

I'm pretty sure this crew of 4 or 5 guys that pulled up tonight has been using our toilet on our other lot. I'mma go have a chat to them next time I hear the door open close.

"unless you guys are going to pay me 200€ then would you mind not using, our toilet?"

Our bed is a queen sized double height air bed with a built in motor pump. Comfy as. 4 blankets for warmth.

 

I just feel bad for my miss, she's so sick. It's under 10 degrees and getting colder. Days are warm, I was completely basking in the sun today, lapping it up. I loved. I never liked the sun this much before. I took my flannels off and just sat my chair in the sun and sat there. And then I mover around with the sun and had it on my back, it was magic, but a good time of year as the UV isn't going to burn me but enough for me to feel my skin loosen up. Few more warms days like that and then some rain it looks like.

I'm ok with it but not end of september here. But if its still great weather over there I would probably enjoy it! Although the bear risk has to be pretty low

 

Halfway done with my Halloween costume that I might not even get to wear due to conflicting activities on Saturday October 27th.

It might just be one of my most creative and best ideas for a costume I've had in 4 decades.
