don't think it was inadvertent. 'accidentally uncensored' maybe. but guys are stupid like that. and yeah, odds are, you're gonna wind up having to sack him. and rightly so, the office/tradeyard/jobsite isn't somewhere to try and pick someone up. especially not in that kinda way.

as someone that's had to deal with management type issues in the past, my piece of unsolicited advice is this - your job is to protect the company. if that means you knuckle him down, you knuckle him down. if it means you fire him, you do that. but she's got a case to make a huge stink (ok, experience in america's lawsuit happy environment') that can damage the company itself as far as sexual harassment goes. you're not sticking up for either person, you're sticking up for the company itself, and the company doesn't have room for shenanigans. I wish you much luck, but whatever you do, no matter your personal relationship with either of them, the company's going to want you to put it first. I don't envy you. If he's an otherwise valuable worker, you might be able to get him run through some sort of social skills training, but make sure he knows it's not a slap on the wrist.

I laughed so hard at my grandson today that I almost broke out into hysterical sobbing. I caught myself because I didn't want to scare the kids but it wasn't easy to not go there.

There's actually a fresh deer hit by a car yesterday and I always wonder what happens to the car. Like it just be fucked, but I never see them on the side of the road.

 

Couple of years ago a car hit a deer on the road down the hill from my house... Needed to be towed.

Was following a car once abut 10 years ago, the deer ended up in the car... Right through the windshield.

 

Deer always hit me. Not me hit them, they come out of nowhere and jump into the side of my car and leave a huge dent
