my tires fill out the wheel wells better

i like tall and narrow 235/85... ...they cut thru the snow that way instead of wide ones just spin on top the snow


i had wide tires for summer but barely use it so i sold them and just keep the winter tires on all year

 

sometimes I dont see pictures from plaza. on the PC, then I see them on phone and tablets. weird.

 

I want to get bigger tyres on mine just to beef it up but I know I need it raised and I don't like going into ARB because they look at me weird for being female. my 3 experiences there a have always been awkward.

 

Can you imagine what it would be like if every time you got a notification animated love hearts emerged from the top of the screen. Would that be too much? I'm in a touchy feely mood right now.

 

Ohhh I see invisible love hearts when I see an alert because I know someone just loooves my post. Hehe

And if they ever figure out how to give us a dislike button, I'm going for the record!

yeah. no. last time someone got that idea, they wound up unconscious. I'd make a very bad slave.

 

I am not looking forward to work this morning. Usually I have Tuesdays off but one of my contractors is in a spot of bother which I had to hear about yesterday.

One of the younger girls there, maybe 25 that works in site 1, she apparently said that she had a sore throat in which his reply was "I've got something for that" and wasn't referring to pills.

So I have a HR meeting with him and the HR team and I've never been in this situation before. I'm unsure if my responsibility as the contract administrator is to stick up for him or her. I am at a loss. So we have been reading through lots of things on the internet and I think I have to come down on him somewhat. I might just have to tell him to pull his head in, but then if they don't want him back then I'll have to sack the guy.

And I completely understand why you would not want him there after that, every time you see him you'd just be like ugh, this guy inadvertently asked me to give him a BJ, some old ugly tradesfolk..

Not looking forward to this meeting at 7am.
