    Westerns are not dead. Every once in awhile a great one comes out. They're just not in fashion as they were in the 60s and 70s.

    Btw RH, if I would cast you in a western with your look as in the avatar I would cast you as a barber or general store owner :-D

    I also liked Tarantino's The Hateful 8 and Django Unchained. And I love the remake of 3:10 to Yuma (superb :))

    Don't get me wrong: I crave more in the vein of the best spaghetti westerns too..
    but the genre isn't completely dead :)

    What probably will satisfy me for awhile is the game Red dead redemption 2 next month :-D

    I need to see The Revenant again. I can't recall much about it, other than I liked it.

    Young guns: mediocre 80s stuff :p

    Still on my to watch list! My dad loved it. And he hardly ever watches a whole movie.

    Two thirds of that list was trash. 3:10 was decent but you could tell no one in the film gave a rat's ass about the story

    I could not tell that at all. Great performances! I dig this movie more and more with every viewing
