What are admirable qualities in today's world?

 

Dependability.

 

I met David Gray back in 1998, sometime he come to visit the radio station ..

 

I hadn't eaten any a nasty food really for 2 weeks but after pool I was really looking forward to a fillet burger from KFC. Well what a mistake 8hrs on I feel like absolute trash. I'm majorly dehydrated from salts and oils, my stomach sounds like an amusement park and my body literally is telling me that it can't do anything with what I gave it, like I just feel so lethargic and sore and fat and gross.

Said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again.. But I'm not eating KFC again.

not a white person to be seen

no more quality pieces ..its just slapped together and boxed with no care in the world and the service sucks...can barely even understand their broken english

 

I’m watching massive salmon swim in a shallow creek right now

 

our market district has better breaded chicken than anywhere else. whole grilled chicken 5$

 

I don't remember the last time I set foot in a KFC--maybe high school?

 

last time I did was when the one I was working at in highschool caught fire and the FD noticed the health inspection certificate was 3 years out of date.

 

My mom has been dead 11 years and she was the only one that sometimes had KFC when I'd eat with her.

 

It wasn't even that nice either the KFC like I was so keen after a fortnight but it wasn't that great.

I just sold my lil VW Rabbit. I got a work car now, a tray back free fuel etc.

 

I'll eat some KFC right now and I'm not even hungry.

 

Better living through better nutrition.....

 

lot of chicken breast at work. going to miss the food. but ever since the big train derailment just down the road they may be rethinking that.

 

yesterday i had to go into town but was early so i drove right thru town to the far side to a special italian store to pick up some cacciatore sausage

stupid cash bitch walks away just as i place my stuff on the counter...i waited about three minutes then the owner notices me and goes back to look for cashier

i count to 10 real slow ...i like to give myself countdown timers..at 10 i leave no matter what

anyway she shows up at 14 just as im walking out the door after tossing my intended purchases back into the open cooler where i got them


stopped at a different deli on the way home...got the same stuff but way better service

other place will not see me for years ...if ever

 

Yup, some chicken group favorite to keep non chicken group people in the mix.

 

I completely agree. But you know, while I said during that I don't know why I get bad stomach pains I've recently learned that since I have the inflammation disease in my lower back, well on the opposite side of that pin point inflammation is my stomach so I did some research and the most common misdiagnosed problem with my ankylosing Spondelitus is stomach pain. So it makes sense that the pain from my back would effect the stomach in the same area. And that's what it reads like too.

So we have now an answer for this. And as long as I have this disease which can't be cured, I'm most likely going to have IBS because of it. Interesting. And my back pain recently flared, so did my tummy.

Watched the Red Sox sweep a 3 game series from the Atlanta Braves giving them 97 wins, and bringing them that much closer to a century note,

 

I got three hours of sleep.

Hubby decided to eat at 12:30 and locked all the cats out of his room. They wanted the meat he was eating so they were pissed. They all came to my room and woke me up because of it.

It's alright. I needed to take some decongestants for my ears anyway.

I'm staying up a little while because my back feels much better if I don't stay in the bed too long at one time.
