I think I have a doctors appointment this month... I have no idea when though.

 

That's why I hate that I was in the bed so long today. I can move much better if I'm only down for less than 3 hours.

 

I got hubby's hair cut.

He's sending me the before and after pics to show y'all.

 

It looks like that now only the last 4 posts show up in the 'New Posts' section, while the last 6 entries are showing up in the 'New Profile Posts' section.

Shower time and I've earned this one!

 

I just started doing yoga around April. I found it relaxing myself and a good way to cool down from an intense workout. Best to do after a training session or towards the end of the week. I normally go just once or twice a month.

 

Just did my very first Yoga class this morning. The instructor physically helped me with my movements, range of motion and form. She made the hour long class very easy to follow. Next thing i need to do is purchase a yoga mat, I used a used one for today, smelled a tad sweaty.

 

I'm having the allergic reaction again. it's definitely coming from my anti-inflammatory. Not as bad as last time but I am all red.
