Reading this made me think of a classmate of mine i havent thought about in years. Our last names were basically the same, just one letter off so we always sat by each other in classes that were seated alphabetically, and should have walked right behind each other at graduation. But he battled leukemia from middle school on and got really sick right before graduation and died a week after graduation. His death hit everyone in my class hard, graduation was weird..the summer after it and before college was weird

Tomorrow, my grandson turns 11 years old.

He, his mom, me and hubby, and his other grandma are going to get dinner somewhere. His mom says he wants a subscription for PS 4 Plus so that's what I'm giving him. I was just going to give him money because that's what he said he wanted, but his mom wants to get the subscription and let me pay her for it.

 

had a friend in about 4th grade, reminded me because there was a kid I didn't like with almost the same name. just 2 letters added to his last name. anyway my friend died in a bus accident...that his father was driving. they were the only 2 casualties.
