I found some old junk my dad had stored away and one of the things packed away was my baby book, started by my mom. At the age of 1 she had written that my favorite song was Honky Tonk Women. So I've been a Stones fan longer than I realized.

 

I liked the Beach Boys when I was 9, but that's as early as popular music goes for my life. I liked Raffi before that, and other kids stuff.

 

That was my first favorite Rolling Stones song too.

Paint it black for me, it was the one consistent song on every Vietnam movie or TV show. My dad loved watching war stuff, it's literally where my music love came from, Vietnam era rock and roll. Mixed various artists from that era were the CDs I listened to. So I've always a soft spot for paint it black. It's literally the earliest song I can remember.

 

Ruby Tuesday...it's really kind of shoddy in a way, and that's why I like it so much.

 

I want this to be Dice's new theme song. Don't laugh either, I have a license to kill.
