What's Happening???

Oh I dont think he's an idiot, mistakes happen. And I'm not a CEO so who am I to judge him. I'm just super meticulous and anal retentive at work, I double and triple check everything before sending it to someone else and it annoys me when others don't do the same lol

I'm guessing, because I'm not a doctor nor do I have any adequate knowledge on the matter, but I think your blood pressure really can vary depending on like salt, exercise, water, and stress. Just anything can cause it to go up.

I mean if your doctor says something I'd go with that. I guess I just feel bad because people end up on medication for that frequently. It's lousy. My mom has hydralazine or something. She hated it at first, then now she's sort of used to it. It made her really dizzy.

 

The last two times I went to the doctors, it was about 3 days apart, two different doctors... My BP, Heart Rate and Oxygen Concentration were all identical readings. I'm waiting for someone to see that on my chart and accuse me of some kind of scam.

 

I was fine at the doctor.

My blood pressure was down to 140/90 and the doc was satisfied. It had been 160/something before.

I stopped taking the Sinus Pill with the decongestant in it. We think that made the difference; plus, I've cut back the strength of the nicotine in my vape.

I got my flu shot so I have a better chance of staying well this Winter for taking care of the baby.

The doc prescribed a prednisone dose pack for my lower back. I can start it after a week. It would negate the Flu Shot if I took it before then.

She also recommended The Angle wedge for putting under my knees at night. A few bed pillows have helped some but they aren't high enough and the stack slides apart during the night.

She says she won't sleep without The Angle anymore and that it makes a huge difference for her. She even bought her dad and both her brothers one. That's high praise from a doctor so I'm going to bite the bullet and buy one in a minute on Amazon.

It looks like I'm in pretty good shape and will live until I need my refills in another 6 months, lol

Edit: There was also a blood draw but they always come back really good for me.

 

God, I miss having a job that matters.

And I suck at pep talks so I wish I could just find your old post and throw it right back at ya

I am lucky to have a job that matters, but it's also a stressful job and sometimes I wish I had a job that didn't matter.

Sooooo, the grass is always greener, I guess.

 

I could live in West Virginia and I'm talking about in the city. Great people and always have a good time when I come down here. Where I want to live is considered a major city but also not too far from major citys in PA, KY and Ohio.

I am more then happy with where I live but I want to come down here more often

 

I interviewed a candidate today, and I am a brutal technical interviewer. Getting half my questions right is a passing grade.

So after I beat up my canidate, I asked "If you could send any of the muppets back in time to kill Hitler, which muppet would you choose and why?"

He said Miss Piggy which is my answer too.

So we're hiring this guy looks like.

 

I do remember having that conversation, though I don't recall the specifics. I am looking for another job, but so far nothing. I'm working a retail job in the meantime so I can contribute something.

 

I noticed my mind limiting itself as to what to buy while food shopping. Then i was like, fuck it. Why not shop like a rich man.

Ran backwards for 3 and half blocks during my late night run. First time for that length. I can only get away with that at night. Still risky, probably won't do it again.

 

I wish having a job didn't matter. Perhaps that wish is coming true.

 

my job doesn't matter bur i love it anyway and many of the conversations i have with customers matter to one or both of us.
