maybe the heat and food made me tired last night. where I was it stormed and i was inside and was like welp guess im getting smashed in the lounge area. was asked to be company a few times and I declined and they backed off and allowed me to just be ..then the rain stopped and the club was getting more people, usually around 8 it gets buzy, im not there for meeting just loafing in a safe area.. haha. used my head here. this place has the potential to get away, and then i can walk around the strip district get buzzed and go home. and thats how ive been using the place.. then I walked down the railroad street and sat on the stone bench by the river. i was plenty wasted in my own little world and the peoples behind me in the pool said hey you want some food before they put it aways. and I said yeah thank you. cleaned my sticky fingers with beer, drank and played with my phone and then app my ride home.

I'm making vietnamese pho today
I had fun buying the ingredients yesterday, I went to some small businesses I've never been to before. I went to a butcher to get flank sliced paper thin. I went to a halal market to get bones for the broth because the butcher didnt have bones (da fuq?) I went to an Asian market for noodles and a vegetable market for everything else

And I found out a neighborhood near mine has a pool and allows non members to come for a daily fee. So now I'm off to the pool. Its fucking hot outside

 

Vietnamese restaurant is nextdoor the dispensary, Im addicted to the chicken pho best soup around. They also had pot their veggie pho at the dispensary anniversary. sometimes ive to take exact change cause ill get smacked with food smell and want to buy food , but i do spend much here on food .. free food also a perk in this area.

 

we have one next to v.a. eye clinic, which makes it a convenient place to eat on my way to an appointment.
i still have to learn to say the number instead of trying to pronounce the names though.
(which i'm shy about getting wrong. same as with real chicano resteraunts too.)

 

Afternoon folks. Ain't had a day off all week but today is a slow one at least. Just cleanin' out the ol' farmhouse for the 3 expected new people. Scrubbin' movin' ol' shit out and new furniture in etc.

 

That there is exactly why you best just say nothin'. Ain't got no clue how much time, patience, blood, sweat, and tears folks like myself put into our animals. We gotta make a damn livin' same as you and we're doin' it the best we know how.

When the life and death of an animal becomes a joke I sure as hell will take it seriously. What we do round here ain't no joke and quite frankly your cavalier attitude pisses me right off.

Pho is a thing in N. America. I even learned to pronounce it correctly. Apparently it is pronounced like "fuh", not "foh". But the restaurant where I asked about it were not sticklers for pronunciation; they didn't care. I have cut the stuff out of my diet because it's so much noodles and salt, but sometimes I still buy the rolls.

They have these rolls at the place where I used to buy pho called "four seasons" rolls. They are the size of a large egg roll. I'm not going to tell you how much they charge me, but I will say that they're delicious! They are assorted (four varieties) and come with peanut & fish sauce or something. It's very good! The meat is wrapped in rice paper with lettuce and sprouts and stuff, so they're pretty healthy too. I like four seasons rolls!

 

My next door neighbors are Vietnamese. He gets some good smelling stuff going on the grill.

 

Right let's see here. We don't use tazers, whips, or slappers. We allow the animals to roam where they will, we don't force them to do anything, if you knew cows you'd know how stupid it is to think you could force one to do anything it's done made it's mind up not to do, we ensure that their entire life is spent eatin' the best grass round, we don't feed them anything unnatural like hay or grain, we give them as much shade as possible for hot days, we dig ponds for coolin' off and we never physically harm them in any way.
