What's Happening???

That's one pattern I'm going to try and fix when I return from my holiday is sleep and rest. I for many years now have basically refused to let myself rest for fears of wasting time.

When I got picked for rowing sports academy the spokeswoman said "if you sleep for 8hrs a day and live to be 90 years old you've effectively slept 30 years of your life away"

That shocked me. Mostly because even at that stage in highschool I knew I was an adventure and a pioneer of a good time while alive.

But I do understand the importance of sleep now, especially as somebody with body ailments and brain ailments as I do.

 

Yeah. I am happiest just over 8 hours really.
I try and look on it as being valuable time... escape from reality time. dream time.
It's when we get all our software updates, isn't it : )

I guess though on the other hand I know how excruciatingly painful it is for me to be asleep for more than 5hrs. Thay extra 3 hrs can be absolute torment as I am seeing today even after being in bed for 9hrs.

But really a 8hr sleep for me would be more like 5hrs because I am a very restless sleeper. I'm a hotel cleaners worst nightmare. Sheets, pillows and blankets everywhere! They can tuck them in as tight as anything and I'll ruin it for them.

 

I thought my dog was annoying everytime I had to pee but my mums cat fully sits in there with you.

Well that family dinner was hectic. My ears hurt.

I haven't slept well for two nights in a row.

I may have to go back on the muscle relaxer at bedtime. I wanted to stop it and see if it was leaving me groggy in the mornings. Not sleeping will definitely leave one groggy in the morning so...

 

Anyway... I'm trying to be on a house clearing binge. Of course, one of my knees is giving me pain. I don't care knee. I've wrapped you, I'll take tylenol until the cows come home, I'll walk on my cane...I really don't care. I'm going to do what I have to do one way or another.

Stubborn......you got this shit whooped. My days round here are possible because I take pride in my work. Tell life to get outta the damn way, fall in behind you, or shut the hell up.

4:30 yesterday we started loadin' 3 cows outta 11 into the trailer. Fuckers were hog wild. Runnin' jumpin, kickin' dentin' gates. We got two in and I'm standin' there hollerin' and beatin' em away from the trailer gate. Had to watch the others for inbound 1000 lbs, so those two would bust forward to get out makin' me slam the gate to halt em. Others selected are cpmin' up like they'll go in then haulin' ass back to the back. One kicked the boss in the damn ribs goin by him. 7:15 we finally got em whooped, pull out, water the corraled ones. Then we go to water the trailered ones... Every damn thing, includin' us, is exhausted and dehydrated. Go to slip the tray in front cow reckons he'll bolt but we slam quick enough. Go round side pop the gate.......split second later we got 1000+ lbs hurlin' it's damn way out. We're rollin' to the sides outta hell's fuckin' way. Steers loose starin' down our third man couple car lengths over. I bolt up slammin' and lockin' the gate just in time to prevent the 900 lbr from cashin' out same as his buddy. Wind's gone. I turn and the bastard's chargin' Draggin man. He jumps outta the way. 2 fences later and us haulin' ass behind to keep in sight we corner him in the back 40. Gotta repair them damn fences. Barb wire bout as good as cotton string when faced with enraged big boy muscle. Thru the forest gate's open we'll try n push him that way. He goes the opposite he's hittin' national forest land couple miles out. $3500 is on the line.......he hurdles the fence into the east field. Run back slam the gate. Done... Shit those 2 beers and a fat bourbon burger went down damn good.

 

That's not the anti plastic lecturer right?

 

I think I am getting sick and I am not happy about it

 

I'm in the train to the countryside. Just saw Radio Moscow. Some superb rocking, for 16 euros

Well unless you have imperitive eye site, in most places around the world you only ever see a flat plane your eyes don't see enough into the distance to see the sphere so realistically, flat earth does make sense because all you call physically see is that one plane. Go for cruise though at top of world or near top, for me was Norway you could see the curve on the hirozon, or so I thought I could anyway lol.
