I like beetroot in salad rolls, sanwhiches and on burgers but not particularly in a salad itself.

Canned beetroot? I tried it the other day. It was ok. Doesn't save very well though. Gotta eat it right away or put it in a salad or something.

I agree, from my experience it will be ok for about a week in a container with a good tight seal,it is cheap though and I find it best to buy the smaller tin and use it up.

Don’t really care for beets in my salad, but if I want to add color and taste I’ll use red onions

I think I need to go do some jogging before I do this basketball coaching. I downloaded the complete version of the idiots guide to basketball. That should get me off on one foot at least. Now I think my biggest weakness is I don't know like if there's good players where they should play? I guess if you can shoot hoops you should be the ones taking shots yeah?

I am sure you enjoy it and that's great but I pass on any fruit and meat combination apart from orange juice as a ham glaze.

too much sweet flavor i don't like. is also not good for me, as is reluctantly too much sodium.
pinapple does go with pork, but not really very much else. is ok on a bagle with a schmere though.

beetroot i'm not familiar with. salad beets and borsht, but beet root, well i assume they have them, but this is the first of heard of as a food.
breakfast foods are not my first choice for breakfasts either, they give me cramps, as does coffee on an empty stomic.

hamburger with or without undon agrees with me for breadfest, and is as quick and easy as eggs, which like suggary stuff, does not.
also chicken meat with noodles of some kind, instant ones work fine, or even rice.
those frozen hashbrown slabs heated in the micro-wave are ok though.

I used to eat rice for breakfast sometimes. Nothing wrong with that. Traditional breakfast foods do appeal to me though.

Fish, amphibian, reptile, and mammal-each of us carries in our veins a salty stream in which the elements sodium, potassium,
and calcium are combined in almost the same proportions as in sea water.”
