Well, I managed to push through work with my leg but it's really sore and every 4 or 5 steps it turns to jelly. I have to ice it now and maybe have a hot bath a bit later. I cannot see a bruise yet but it feels like a golf ball sized knot.

I've heard stories before about exploding trees, usually pines but man that most be an enormous amount of heat. I can get pine kindling to explode in my drum so it definitely does with all the oils. I couldn't imagine that though, how hot that would be.

I was an instant fan of Return of the Living Dead. I think the casting of "Trash" had something to do with me maturing quicker than expected.
