What's Happening???

Is it officially Spring now? I was under the impression that we still had a few days of winter left.

 

Carpe diem fuddy, grab your golf clubs and go

 

I think the first day of spring is march 21..or something like that. But I mark the beginning of spring as when the flowers and trees start blooming

 

We have had a massive influx of monarch butterflies here; be it spring or the last several days of winter... they must be hatching because there are thousands of them! Yesterday I could see them all crossing the freeway as I was driving. You know not all of them are going to make it, but anyway... it's quite a sight to see!

Enjoying the morning with some coffee, perhaps a run later. Then heading to an Irish pub later to have a lil fun.

 

I was wondering what was going on with those... A few have found their way to my windshield.

 

My bluebirds are building a nest in their box. They've been fooling around with it for about a month now but are finally getting serious.

 

I was really having fun posting in that "short stories" thread. More people should contribute--I always forget that writing is fun and I love to read other people's writing.

 

Try to get outdoors.

Try to hang out with some children or really old people.

Do not listen to love songs.

Do something nice for someone else.
