Its that time of season where we tend to see the wild wolves migrating out of the Italian alps and across to Carpathia, so that's what we are kind of going to look for. Typically my wife wouldn't come with me on these things as I prefer to move alone as to not scare them so I can watch and observe, but I'mma just have to teach her.

Then when we reach the rock, I'm going to chisel out journey together in runes which is also pretty exciting for me.

 

Yeah I can understand that. Guitar is such a complex instrument, sometimes I get very overwhelmed if I start thinking about how much there is to learn. And I have to remind myself its all about enjoying the music, the technical aspects can come slowly with time

I took my books back to the library and got DVD's I am having a movie night when I get them all. I have A Star Is Born, The Kings Speech, Shakespeare In Love, and Fiddler on The Roof. I am waiting for Velvet Goldmine and Good Will Hunting. I also have a wig in the mail. I wear wigs so I can change colors of my hair and not ruin it with hair dye and end up bald.

it's 7 degrees out now... high for today was 16.

 

some relief from this chiropractor. he also uses CBD rub / cool. I dont think the cbd was the treatment but did tell me before applying and we had a weed talk. but anyways. hes much more manipulative on the neck / just palming head like a bowling ball and twisted pretty good .. heard the most sound Ive ever heard. then Im going to use the gym there under supervision for a while, also has a small climbing wall not very vertical but you can work out on it sideways, nothing to strap on to, just freestyle.. Ive to go there everyday for a week see how i respond. not 100% but Im feel a lot less swelling in the thumb already and zaps are there but not high powered. Ive not felt any if i sit a certain way. supported and healing.. nerve damage is not that bad as I did some power tests and very strong. he said there is no way I should be like tin man in the rain. he even thinks the neurosurgeons are full of shit just living off my insurance tit.. of course they are. Ive known this all along. my buddy told me go this dude, his mom center twp cop and she got hurt on the job , needed surgery and everything they told her fucked up for life and off the force. she went to this dude and fixed her right up in 3 weeks. still a cop . Im glad dude spoke up when he did. cause Id never known to look for this doctor.. fingers crossed.

Late response here, because we were more packed than I thought and left with no further HFing. Was just the second of two NZ road trips we had planned. I'm back now at my partners friends house.
