And to be fair....my wife goes above and beyond to accommodate my diet but I also have no issue at all with eating vegetarian dishes either. I love vegetarian stuff and eat it all the time.

Interesting quirk regarding pressure cookers.

Yep, I remember hearing that.

That's one thing about cooking I did learn from my mom - how to use a pressure cooker. She used hers several times a week when I was growing up.
