Well, I have a product for you to try if you do need help sleeping, a powder from BMP Labs I think it is and it's called Delta Zone. Only thing other than my tranqs from the doctor that actually does work. I take half hour before I know I need a good sleep and it's so good.

Since when does a test match get played at night? Never seen that before. Used to be like 1030am - 6pm or something. And they use a very bright ball, I'm not great with colors but it looks like hot pink or fluorescent orange/red. After keeping tabs on BBL, it's really eye catching.

 

It's feeling like a Chinese Food sort of day I think. I know the good reseraunts aren't open in the morning, but those convenient outlets at the mall will be open and they always have fan favourites.
I am just enjoying a few Jim Beam Zero Sugar cans, I rarely find them but I will get them if I can.

I could go for a spring roll or ten

 

Spring rolls have always been nice even the ones with no meat and just vegetables like cabbage and carrot. Prawns in a spring roll too is nice which is a switch up for me because I don't really like the seafood.

Prawn toast is good too with the sesame seeds on top, that's actually what I ate just before. I do have the spring roll though in the fridge for leftovers. Instead of fried rice I got boiled rice cause I think that's fluffier and healthier.

I was thinking that too, but then I also think he has internet issues and I've been keeping weather tabs on Aus as my sisters are in big heat wave and he's getting a lot of heatwaves too, and storms so maybe something happened to the power?

I have a photo here on my phone, well my dad has sent me two, reading 44 and 47*C at their house.
That's really brutal. They have also been getting the storm that Glen gets a few hours later, whatever Glen goes through sort of eventually works it's way to where my parents live.

Could also be why that test match is being played in evening hours. But that hot pink ball, whoo she burns the eyes.
