You'll enjoy your mid-life when just waking up in the morning brings on a sweat. My metabolism and circadian rhythms are bonkers.

 

I swear too easily as it is. It's one thing I don't like about myself but I can't really help it. When I heat up, that's it, I'm hot. Hard to cool down. Dads the same too, i remember he'd just sit there and break out into a sweat... I actually think though, that I have good skin because of this. And I've always associated my sweat to the scent of chlorine. which I also assume, kills off the nasties and gives me the smoothness.

 

I can't remember seeing you swear on here even once.

 

I agree that sweating cleans out the pores. I also find that when I bathe it feels great after sweating as I imagine I am removing a layer of not only dirt but also dead cells.

I finished the outside upstairs windows facades today as it was a cool day to work out there. Kieran was my spotter and kept wanting me to tie off because I was working from the roof. I think it scared him. I made it out alive..........yahoo!!

Means that next week I will do the upstairs wood work again as I can do that with the air on and it is suppose to get hot again.

Other than that, life is good!

 

Ah damn. Lol. I noticed auto correct me but I had to go back and fix them and missed the first.

 

I hate that lol. Sometimes I have to erase a word up to 5 times and it still corrects me. Like take a hint you stupid phone! You don't even like me typing bad language so stop correcting sweat to swear!

 

I vegged tonight...looking at online clothing catalogs.

 

My grandson is coming down to spend the night and my Piper is staying the weekend!!!

I'm going through Pinterest to see what kind of pantry organization will work for me.

I guess I need to sturdy bins/boxes because I am not one that is going to take everything out of it's original container to store it in glass jars or plastic containers just to have it look uniform. That's too time consuming.

 

Aerianne. Where are you? I thought you were south of Virginia. It's strange hearing people make plans for the weekend. Everyone here is getting ready to board themselves inside.

I ran a bath again, I insert hand. Too hot. I run cold water. Insert foot. Too hot. More cold water. Feels okay.

I've also been glaring at my dog like a hawk and his reaction is to put his ears down and look away from me.

 

And sometimes, you really don't need a hot hot bath to sweat. Even just mild eventually brings it out of you. I tend to go much hotter because I physically like to exhaust my body so it sleeps and I read that very hot baths exhaust a body so that's my goal, exhaustion.

 

I'm in a Southern suburb of Metro Atlanta.

 

I use to love a scalding hot bath.

We only have two showers here now. It's just as well because I'd hurt my knees trying to get in and out of a tub anyway.
