My mom has a 7am appointment for a 8am surgery and wants to leave a half hour early. Yay extra time sitting around doing nothing.

 

My mom use to have lots of appointments that I had to take her to. It gets tiresome with all the waiting.

 

I always bring a book. I have been reading the same book for the last 4 years of Dad's appointments and ER visits. I go into the visits with him these days because his memory is shit. I have finished the book twice with all the visits. I am now on my third time through.

 

You know you can get a different book kind of cheap. Free if you have a library.

I think they are meant to put in tea but they taste so good I like to just suck on them alone. Only discovered them at a produce/nursery shop last week. Strawberry iis the best one.

 

Just saw a man was hit by an ambulance. You never want anyone to get hit by a vehicle...but if you had to pick one? Yeah I would pick the one that is filled with medical supplies and trained EMTs.
