water to murky from rain, tossed the spinners a few times, drank a beer, smoked a doobie, found a lighter(cool I need one) no fishy, come home..

lost my phone. its not like i went anywhere...i was on the couch last time i remember having it and now its not there.
i checked all sorts of places like the car and spare bedroom, even though i wasnt even in them since i lost it.
but when its not where you think you left it, there is no choice but to look where you didnt look already.

 

Maybe the couch ate it.

Yes I did.I found it. I put it in acool place because it was overheating. Using my warm kindle reminded me.

 

I have been painting. I went to touch up the inside of the doors I painted on the outside and decided that I could see a difference so I started to repaint the inside doors and then decided that I might as well do walls too. I went and got another gallon to redo the living room so that will be this week. I did the powder room and all the doors on the main floor.

Mia gave me a lecture and told me I was anal. I agreed with her and about an hour later she came back down stairs to tell me how nice it did look and ask me if I needed help.........I think she felt badly about saying it. I have finally lived long enough to be lectured by my kids.....love it.

The plan is the living room this week and hopefully the upstairs doors and wood trim. Next week the two facades on the windows outside as the kids will be around if I fall off the roof.

I went to see one of my brothers today. Then I went to the tobacco store and Dollar General

I just ate dinner and I need to go work on some cabinets in the kitchen.

 

pulled out an old bottle of half drank moscato that was in the fridge for who knows how long.

 

That's wine?

 

I'm done in the kitchen for tonight.

I'm going to look at Ancestry for a little while, then maybe some Hulu or Youtube.

 

I was just watching two male hummingbirds dueling it out at one of the feeders for about 1/2 hour... In that amount of time they each got about 20 seconds amount of nectar. Not sure where they got the energy from at the rate they burn through calories.


There's another feeder 8 feet away... I didn't dawn on them one could eat out of each feeder without bothering each other.

 

Yeah this one was mixed with a blackberry wine.

 

It's Sunday and nothing is happening, lol

I have no plans to leave my property today and I like that. :daisy:

 

I want to get one more good beach day in. Not sure when...would likely go tomorrow but I have to take my mom to the dr.

 

My closest seashore, Tiby Island, GA, is almost 4 hours away.

I use to go fairly often with the former boyfriend but I haven't made one of those trips in 8 years now.

 

just found out that if i watch a movie on amazon and i put the cursor on the screen it will tell you who is in that scene.
