Oppressively hot out today...

 

It went from 91 to 65 in less than an hour.

 

It did something like that yesterday when the storm hit... Not going to happen today though.

 

We've had really nice weather here. Low 80s with a nice breeze. A little cloudy but i'll take cloudy over oppressively hot and sunny any day. If summer was like this all the time I wouldnt hate it as much

 

Finally in the 70s at home but we're visiting family for the holiday weekend and it's only 68 here.

Rest of the country is off enjoying spring and summer. Still waking up to temps in the mid 50s. Sposed ta warm up this week though

We've got that partly sunny 80ish weather.

My daughter is graduating from high school a year early next week. I’m so proud of her.

 

23andMe says I’m 99% British/Irish. Seven of my eight great-grandparents came from Ireland (the 8th was half Scottish, half English), so I went ahead and did Ancestry.com testing because they separate British from Irish. They came back with 92% Irish. My mother is a redhead and my father was blond, so needless to say I have pale white skin and am incapable of tanning without burning first.

I solved the sunburn problem with a little genetic engineering. I married a Latina. My kid’s skin is lighter than their mother’s (my daughter has olive skin but my son is as white as I am). They’ve never burned. They go from their natural skin tone to dark tans within hours.

And WTF was with Rozier? Dude literally hadn't made a three all game and he passes on a layup to run across the court to miss another three. Nothing against Cleveland. LeBron was great as usual, but we lost this game more than they won it.

On the plus side, Jayson Tatum is second coming of Paul Pierce.
