What's Happening?

It's chores day and I've gotta make some phone calls. I hate phone calls. It's also going to be a busy week. I'm anxious. I hate anxiety! I'm getting cranky. Maybe my old badass self will return. ha! (I joke, I joke...I'm always badass! )

 

Yes "pup" in the states is another name for a small dog.

 

If Project Catsnip doesn't take CareCredit, I'm going to lose my $20 deposit on getting Percy neutered. I have an appt. for that on the 17th but I don't have the money to pay the balance for the surgery.

This sucks!

I'm waiting for a reply from Project Catsnip.

Other than that, I'm trying to get a couple of swimsuit tops for my trip. The ones I've had on back order since February were cancelled by the company. The didn't tell me they cancelled. They were due to ship May 24th. Now, the price has been raised plus they wouldn't be here in time for my beach trip.

Oh, well...It kind of does seem like Monday around here.

 

May have to cut the grass wet. Wasnt raining this morning but around lunch time it did.

 

We've got rain coming in tonight and lasting, mostly, until sometime in June...not kidding.

I dont need anymore either. People are buying sub pumps more than gas for their vehicles. Ok thats an overstatement.. but they are buying alot of them in my neighborhood hardware stores.

 

God fucking damnit. I showed up to the airport in Shanghai and for some reason my ticket was refunded due to some unknown credit card issue (apparently it couldn't be verified, even though I received an order confirmation number). I bought a one-way ticket to Toronto on the same flight I had originally booked. I'm in Chicago right now and called United Airlines and asked them why the hell they didn't send me a refund notice or anything like that. They apologized and gave me the return ticket for the same price as the original round trip. Everything worked out, but it was a big fucking hassle.

 

I'd be fuming!

 

I'm quiet around here, I know.

About a week ago I got some disturbing news in my private life.

We're broke.

My feet and hands are swelling.

I'm not in a bad mood, just quiet.

 

The flight has been delayed. Now leaving at 11PM. Was supposed to leave at 9PM. What a day. Could be worse though, a flight to Las Vegas was postponed until tomorrow morning.
