Made cannabutter, strained it through a coffee filter with some extra holes punched in it then tied the coffee filter up like a tea bag and stuffed it in a jar of honey, double boiled it and now it's stored in a dark cool place fermenting.
It won't be overly strong but I believe it will be a nice little treat.

We got the rose bed done!!! All I have to do on Sunday is scavenge the big rocks from the other places in the yard, outline it, and it's complete.

Tonight is packing the cooler and car for the triplets ball tournament tomorrow.

I went and bought tomatoes and green pepper veggies. I also got some wooly thyme, lemon balm, oregano and lemon grass. Flower wise I got some Mexican heather, lobelia, geraniums and dianthus.

I'll probably go back this coming week since everything is 25% off and I already know I still have some holes that need something.

I still have some mini-roses that I need to get down. Today the 1st thing I did regarding the outside was to pick up a mini-rose I was going to plant in a med large container and ants were zooming EVERYWHERE under it. :wall: good grief I just put lowered the rose back down to on top of those busy ants and then went up the road to buy plants.

Does anybody know an easy (natural) way to deal with those dang ants that have made that container (full of soil) their home?

You can feed them dry grits. The long cooking kind. They eat the grains, drink water, and explode.

I've done it but haven't even seen them actually explode, lol

They also say if you have fire ant hills you can take a shovel full from one hill and put it on the other. Take some from the second hill and put it on the first. The ants from the different hills are supposed to fight to the death.

I've got to put a big load of clothes in the dryer and let it finish; feed the kitten one more time; and get to bed (She said as she started drinking a cup of coffee).

I may have figured out what is causing this skin rash that I've had for a little over 2 weeks.

It may be the high dose of biotin I've been taking to help my hair grow.

I'm excited that ceasing to take it may get rid of this itchy rash.

Maybe my computer is taking 8x longer to do anything now, as i am still with Windows 7 and never upgraded to 10. I know photobucket is almost impossble for me to use these days from the internet, and I had to sign into Mozilla today and work any photos from there to the internet.....I don't know. Ever since i sent my computer away for a tune up, check up, clean up...and everything up....it has been acting worse ever since, too...so I do not know what the problem with me and this computer is at all.

I don't know much about them myself. Some of the guys around here do.

Has anyone got any advice for Moonie's computer?

Backup everything, wipe the hard drive, and reinstall windows from scratch.

    Super nice day!

We went to watch the triplets play a couple of tournament games and took the new kitten with us because he is so little and has to be bottle fed every few hours. All the little girls loved him.

We came home in time to get some yard time in before dark. I outlined the rose bed in big rocks so it truly is complete now.

Sun is out but it's chilly out there... I need to work in the gardens today or it will never get done.

Same here about the sun and chill at least. My day is probably going to consist of going to the game store and learning to play Star Trek Attack Wing. Live long and prostate friends.... I mean prosper

We're going to plant some Zinnia and Sunflower seeds today. Hubby picked those out.

I actually hope to also hang the new blinds. The cats have destroyed the 1 inch vinyl mini blinds.

I'm hoping these 2" faux wood blinds will last.

Started on number one son's car at 9:30 AM yesterday and things were going fine. Got one lower support arm off and put it on the bench to press out the bushing when we found out they gave us the wrong tool for the job. So we wasted an hour or more trying to jerry rig something to get it out. Finally looked on the net and found out we could get the whole arm for $50.00 at AutoZone, or that other car place, I forget. The bushings were $15.00 and the new arms would come with 3 new bushings each and a new ball joint, so for $35.00 more per arm we'd get the other two bushings replaced and a new ball joint and not have to get those stupid bushings pressed out and back in again.

Only problem was it would take over an hour to get to the store and back for the return and pick-up. So off we went. I paid the difference.
Passenger side arm went together without a hitch, but we couldn't get the driver's side ball joint to set. The darn axle kept pushing it out of alignment. We sweated that one for a long time then all of a sudden it popped in.

So we got done about 4:30. We also replaced the front brakes and changed the oil so he's good to go for awhile.

Then he and the little one stayed over, we played some cards and hit the hay.

Today we went to see my brother's new house and I laid around afterward, (after vacuuming the house) I was tired from climbing around under that car all day yesterday.
