What's Happening?

I didn't think of calling my threading salon until this morning. And now they don't have an appointment until 8th :-/
I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded before my trip to Switzerland.

Yeah, and it literally takes 10 or so minutes,

I am being a homebody today, doing some cleaning and yardwork

Yesterday i spent the day meandering around town and went to a minor league baseball game last night. It was fun, baseball is so wholesome and all american.

 

Moved two wagon loads of soil from one garden to another...

 

I am doing very little today. It is a holiday here so nothing is open, not that I intended to go out anyways.

 

ok i am gonna at least just clean up the mess i made since the last time i cleaned up....which was before the whole car key incident. then at least i wont feel like the day was a complete waste.

 

Went out to water the herb/flower garden out back... Had to come back in because it's a little too close to 100 degrees out there.

 

I am busy making more beautiful bracelets.

Just played bowling king. Won 9 games in a row. I was only gonna play one tournament but decided to play till I lost.

I made quite a few more bracelets yesterday, but ran out of supplies to finish what I was making, so i had to go to the store earlier today for some supllies...and today, I will finish my summer line of bracelets....am staying away from the autumn colors and reds right now......and will make those in the autumn....but I will take new photos and put them on my bracelet thread later or tomorrow. Too much to do around here always....with all of these animals and their schedules for everything...that interrupts me all of the time....

i cannot wait to start on some new paintings...for those i will go into a room upstairs...close the door, and not allow myself to be interrupted....

 

Pantry/closet/thingy is done.... Cut, stained and installed the shelves today.

 

Gotta get back on the horse but this time I'm wrapping it in plastic.

I mindlessly left the bottle of insulin on the kitchen counter all night for Moxy......and knowing it needs to be refridgerated all of the time......had to run around like a chicken without a head getting a another bottle of insulin.......and her shot was late today......$60.00 for each bottle that only lasts 42 days......
Just came to learn with speaking to the company of the insulin.....it would have been ok, if the temp inside was not over 77 degrees and it was dark inside...yes, it was dark inside....and not over 77 degrees....so for my carelessness last night......I am having to throw aways 25 days worth of insulin.....as the bottle should be used 42 after the first puncture to it.
I called the vet...it took forever to speak with anyone who knew anything at all....and several phone calls...and they still did not know....so rush over to get another bottle.....haste makes waste.....as even if she did not get one shot, it would not have been life threatening.....too much insulin is more dangerous...than missing one shot.....so i am upset...Damn vet does not even know about their product. I am upset with them, too.

 

77 degrees? My house hasn't been under 78 or higher for a month.... Won't even cool down at night. I wish it would hold heat this well in the winter.


Yeah.... Melting here today. Again. Not seeing any rain either.
