Jimmie Johnson, the man Jeff Gordon pleaded Rick Hendrick to hire and pretty much destroyed his own career by teaming up with someone who would beat him from there on out. Lol.

Tonight's meal prepared miss was a beautiful chicken breast sliced and filled with olive puree, red capsicum and feta cheese. Garden salad with red onions and sweet potato.

 

Irmi, you'll have to tell me about your yogurt pizza sauce. I'm intrigued.

Actually there's not too much lol.

It's 1 cup Greek Yoghurt to 1.5 to. 2 cups self raising flour. Just mix til combined and kneed til smooth.

I use a kitchen aid mixing device, stiring.

 

Oh! Crust.

I was thinking a white pizza sauce.

 

Yeah that's for the dough!

 

Schools here are closed again tomorrow.

We've got tons of shady streets in the county and alot of teens put their cars in ditches today.













This one, in a county next to ours, ended with the 18 year old girl dead.

I hit an icy patch this morning while I was braking for a redlight..really a yellow light, it was a dumb mistake, I should have ran through it instead of trying to stop

One thing my mom beat into my head when she was teaching me to drive is to never overcorrect so I started to fishtail but managed to maintain control of the car and never left my lane. It was scary though

A guy died near my house this morning from pretty much the same thing but he overcorrected and went into oncoming traffic

The kid next door to me can't get his new Mustang up the street.

The one place down here that still has ice is in front of his driveway. He backed out and couldn't get traction so he went straight back, off the road, and still couldn't get up. The car is mostly off the road except for part of the front end.

Those things must not have front wheel drive.

 

I learned that, depending on speed, you get loose (tail happy) if you brake you'll spin, if you hit the throttle you'll spin, you have to take foot off throttle and over correct but you want the wheel pointing straight again before you think it'll catch which is easier said than done.

The other day on my long dirt drive I was doing just that, and having a ball doing it.

 

Got Breath Tested Again On My Way To Town This Morning......Just Like Last Time When I

Went For My License The Cop Said No No Need.....I Asked Did He Want To See It And He Said

Do You Have One...???....I Said Yes....He Replied.....That's Good Enough For Me.....Tested Me

And Wished Me A Pleasant Day......Bloody Hell My Honest Face Is Starting To Worry Me......

And What's More.....The Cop Had A Great Arm Tat And He Was Big And Hot.....Not That I

Noticed Mind You.....LOL....
