What's Happening?

My cats are all misbehaving because the kitten is here. I told one of the cats to leave me alone while I eat before they all make me have to check in to the hospital.

Hubby heard that from the other room and his ears perked up. He thought I was talking about making fried chicken in the hospital.

He is nuttier than I am.

If there are typos, I can't see them. Cat is sitting in front of moniter stalking my Ramen Noodles.

 

That's the meditation garden out back... Part of it anyways.

 

The outside temperature is in the 80's today and yuck I say to that.
I am stuck trying to download some photos my brother sent me last night when were in Scotland toegther. i was going to put one of them on the pictures thread here of members, but my computer is not letting me download them, and i have no idea why my computer won't do most things anymore.
it is frustrating to be wasting so much time trying to anything that should only take a minute or two.

 

Just got off work omly the 8 hour today probably going to head to the local game store for some Star Wars Armada

 

I'm doing the usual, plus caring for this chatty little kitten.

We're supposed to get rain but I don't know.

They missed it yesterday and I'm beginning to think today isn't going to happen either.

We still don't have the roses in the ground; nor have I repotted the citronella plants.

I've done some of my laundry and a load of kitten laundry.

It rained here earlier. It felt wonderful. I hope it rains this weekend. I am trying to clear violets out of my rose bed and they're so stubborn when the ground is dry.

 

Now, accuweather says it's going to "begin raining In 100 minutes".

That cracks me up every time.

 

Man, this week has flown by!

 

Grocery shopping has to happen today.

I don't wanna!

 

Hubby went to the grocery store while I took care of the kitten. Yay!

I'm going to get the rose bushes in the ground today. The holes are finished, we have the landscape cloth, and the pine straw.

I did get the Citronella in the red pots. I put a little top soil in the very top, covering the potting soil. It's so black. The pots look gorgeous being red with the really black dirt, and those pretty green plants. They are supposed to grow to possibly 3 ft. That will be awesome!

There are So Many things I need to do...go to the grocery store (I will put this off), go get some tomatoes and peppers to plant...along with getting some other plants. I need to get some potting soil and more pine needles.

Yet, I'm here doing this. lol

I think I'll make some firecrackers and hope they will light a fire under my ass.

I'm still recovering from family visiting. Well, I decided when I got up this morning I was recovered; but, it took all week.

OK...feeling the firecrackers now and instead of wanting to do a single productive thing, I find myself here wanting to read and write. lol

Something outside.

Even Mama has been hunting things to do outside... watching her doesn't count as doing anything.

That kind of sounds like some of my family adventures sometimes.

I bet the trellis is going to be pretty. You'll have to take photos for us.

 

This weather is gorgeous and just beckons you outside, even if it's to do nothing!
