What's Happening?

I'm sure they are kind of freaked out since I have their phone number.

I was going to tell them eventually but I wanted to have a little more fun with them first.

 

There's an ambulance a few doors up the street.

No police or fire trucks. That's a relief. I guess one of them got sick or hurt.

And one of them just "liked" one of my posts on facebook so I'm sure it wasn't serious.

 

Up with a sore throat. It started like 8 days ago. Don't illnesses normally have a progression to them? Normally with a cold a sore throat either moves down to chest congestion or up to head congestion. Bu i just have a steady sore throat that doesnt get better or worse. And a slight cough. And swollen lymph nodes.

Wah, woe is me. I bet the popsicles above would feel wonderful on my throat

 

I am currently watching the Hannibal lecter TV series and having a Lectergasm :dizzy2:

 

Try gargling with some liquid Benadryl if you have that. If you don't have that try some warm salt water. If it's a common cold, the duration on those is 10 days to 2 weeks.

 

Busy day at work, still slightly jet lagged and dealing with my child having a possible fractured foot. X Ray tomorrow.

another fine morning with the sun slanting in before its angle rises about the cloud decks.
counting down the hours till i head over to g.s.r. and pick up my con stuff for b.l.f.c.
g.s.r. has a wonderful bufette. i'll probably spend the rest of the afternoon there once i get there.
meeting people i usually only see on line where i post my ("art") stuff.
i hear people wandering around outside.
for once they don't sound like they're angry with their ghosts.
mostly. my hearing is too good for the city.
they're probably way on the other side of another street.

 

Oh no! I know it's going to be bad whether it's fractured or just torn/sprained. I feel for you and the kid.

Con sounds like it will be fun. I know people who go to Dragon Con and Comic Con. They love it.

What are you planting today?

 

I got very little quality sleep between this new kitten screaming and a loose dog making a raid on my property and the neighbor's property at 6:00 a.m.

The dog was at the neighbor's between some plywood and the house. That's where one of the feral cats has her kittens. I saw the mother cat a few minutes ago. I don't know how the kittens are.

 

I forgot to mention that this particular dog went into one of the neighbors houses while she was gone. It peed and pooped in her house and tore stuff up.

 

Sagina between the flagstones in the front patio garden and Ajuga around the border....


Other stuff later, out back.

 

I had a beautiful shade garden full of hosta and ferns before the dogs came to stay here.

Right now, I'm thinking a need the electric company to come dump a loud of wood chips. I have nothing but dust where the dogs play. They have pulverized the leaves.

 

I actually did try the salt water after I read this. It didnt help but I imagine doing it a few times a day probably does.

I'm going to get some liquid benadryl today and try that, thanks for the suggestion. I bet that works wonders for allergies
