My cousin is evacuating Florida today heading to a friend's house in Atlanta. She said that store shelves are already bare. They'll supply up when they reach central Georgia.

Welllll I'm a sucker for realistic portrayals and I just don't see the Denver Broncos sponsoring a race team. Lots of people paint them up though, I've seen lots of NFL and NHL and sports schemes which look good but honestly, they don't look right on a race track.

Faygo works nice as a real brand and I'm doing them a favour lol. Maybe they'll see it and really sponsor me. :d

I like to see real brands and sponsors. People actually get money and sponsorship to race brands on iRacing. Of of our Admin is being paid to Race the broadcasting company logo. It's only 50€ a month but that covers his internet. One of the members concreting company should officially sponsor us soon and I've literally only an hour ago secured a sponsor to pay the majority of our server hosting feed for the season.

Honestly we've done well and we have 3 admin and the funny thing is, everybody goes to them other two nobody actually acknowledges me much to do with anything yet all my reviews previews newetters and screenshots, that get the most attention are all done by me, and I'm the one chasing funds.

I'm running a best paint scheme for 3 weeks, all votes go it, winner receives a bumper sticker which is important because the best placed sticker by Xmas will receive an iRacing voucher.

That's my promotional thing and it comes from my pocket. I'm paying for the stickers. I'm paying postage to send them, it'll be my money on the voucher. Which I'm fine with, just nobody sees that ever, they always go to the other two who mind you are more vocal on the radios but for administrative purposes, I'm doing an awesome job and our league looks very impressive.

I am hoping by Xmas to have shirts or jumpers created to sell to members. We currently have 70 FB followers, I'm thinking one might buy a shirt.

 

There is just no way it'll miss Florida (watch it miss now that I've said that); but I think the worse of it will be petered out by the time it hits GA and SC...

 

It's going to suck no matter where it hits.

We will likely have 50 - 60 mph winds, plus rain this weekend.
